Apart from Kopi not putting my house number down, all went well! I am no expert, but I have had some coffees that I do not like. I like this one very much! It is one I would like to get again. The price of the coffee is reasonable as it is a 250g pack. As I said it is a monthly coffee subscription and you have three plans. You can pay monthly for £9 a month, pay for 6 months at £8 a month or pay for a year at £7 a month. If you choose to pay monthly you can cancel at any time. With the other two plans you have to pay upfront but save quite a lot!
Kopi is a coffee subscription providing gourmet coffee every month that is delivered to your home.
I received a pack of Mexican Terruno Nayarita Reseva. The tasting notes for this particular coffee are:
‘Mexican coffee is often likened to a light white wine; mild and very easy to drink. Freshly brewed, it teases the nostrils with a toasty almond-like nutty aroma and really whets the appetite. In the mouth it feels so luscious and creamy it could almost be a comfort drink. Beautifully balanced from start to finish, it has a delicate orangey sweetness paired with a sliver of spiced chocolate. All rather festive you might say.’
I can certainly taste oranges when drinking the coffee. I really enjoyed this coffee and it was a nice treat!
The coffee came with a leaflet explaining everything about the coffee and had the cafetiere brewing instructions. There is also a recipe on how to make Mexican spiced coffee. I have yet to try this but I think I will get a few cinnamon sticks to make this as it sounds divine! In the box I received some Lichfield biscuits, these were very nice!
