I received a Cuddledry cuddlebug when I cashed in my Organix Natter points (sadly Organix are no longer doing this, shame really as I would of liked to of tried to get hold of another toddler towel as they are perfect!)The Cuddledry cuddlebug toddler towel is superb! It is the best towel that Miss A has used! It is so soft and absorbent! It is the right size for Miss A.

Now Miss A’s hair is getting longer, it is getting difficult to dry and she hates the hair dryer. This is the solution. The fact that it has two layers, it dries Miss A’s hair very quickly.

Miss A loves it too. It is really warm and the fact that it has a popper that stops her from taking it off ensures that she is warm after coming out of the bath. I love the hood, very cute!

Features

  • contains bamboo fibre and organic cotton – silky soft, 60% more absorbent than pure cotton, with a natural antibacterial quality
  • funky beetle design in subtle green and natural ecru white
  • snugly buggly double layers – the warmest toddler towel you can buy
  • sensibly big – tons of fabric to wrap them right up
  • encourages imaginative play
  • cosy hood – two layers to dry hair and keep warmth in
  • from walking age to 3 years

I would recommend this towel to anyone, it is amazing and is worth the money. To find out more about this superb toddler towel visit the Cuddledry website.

I was kindly sent a pack of three Hevea bath toys to review.

I love these bath toys. I think they are superb. A little bit dull but they should be like it as it means they are natural!

There are three in a pack, one fish, one frog and one duck. Miss A’s three favourite bath animals!

Hevea Bath Toys, bath toys, eco toys
Hevea Bath Toys

They are well made, the detailing is fantastic! They float very well and the fact that there are no holes in the base of them means that soap residue does not build up and they are very easy to clean.

The key facts about the bath toys are:

  • 100% natural rubber latex
  • Hygienic one piece design – no holes for water to get into
  • Sustainably produced
  • Recycled and biodegradable packaging materials
  • No PVC, no BPA, no phthalates, no artificial colors

The only downside to these toys is that I think they are rather expensive at £19.99!

More about the bath toys can be found on the Hevea website.

Simple

I have used Simple Baby All-In-One Wash since Miss A was a few months old. It has never made her skin irritated. I find it to make her skin quite smooth. Miss A does have some dry patches on her arms and legs now and again and it does not make them go but they are quite dry sometimes and even cream does not get rid of them.

The packaging is very user friendly. The product is easy to dispense onto the sponge and it does not come out too quickly so no wastage. Simple have teamed up with Tiny Tatty Teddy. I love Tatty Teddy. Very cute packaging!

According to the packaging, the product contains no perfume, no colour and no unnecessary ingredients. I hope that this is the case. When you look at the ingredients list, there are some very chemically looking ingredients. The ingredients are:

Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Panthenol, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Hydroxide, Lavandula Angustifolia Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Oil, Pantolactone

I am not a chemist so I will have to take their word for it! I have seen most of these ingredients in other products before so I am not too concerned, plus it is designed for sensitive skin so they should be OK.

The smell is quite nice too. Nice and simple. It is good to see Lavender being one of the ingredients. I bath Miss A just before bed (most of the time) and I think that lavender works to help calm her.

I recommend this product as it has never made Miss A’s skin sore and it is designed for babies with sensitive skin.

Lush Ickle Baby Bot, Lush, Ickle Baby Bot, bath bomb

I have been using the Ickle Baby Bot in my daughter’s bath for some time now and it is amazing. It smells superb and it makes Miss A relaxed and helps her sleep well. It makes the bath nice and blue which amazes Miss A! She now laughs every time I pop one in her bath.

Ickle Baby Bot is great for Miss A’s skin. It has never brought her up and it makes her skin smell lovely and makes her skin so soft! The combination of Lavender and Sandalwood oils helps her sleep (which at the moment is a bit of a difficult task as she is teething but last night after putting one in her bath, she slept better). I do not buy Ickle Baby Bot all the time, only as a treat for her. At the moment, it costs £1.75 but it is so worth it as it does help little ones to sleep.

This product is Vegan friendly.

A bit more about Ickle Baby Bot can be found on the Lush website.
